After cleansing and toning, apply 5-10 drops all over your face, neck, and décolletage with light, feathery strokes. Follow with your favorite sunscreen.

Additional Note: Nur can be used both Day and Night as long as it is not combined directly with Power Nap. It is recommended to wait at least one hour between applying Power Nap and Nur at night.
